Olivia is the Founder of Kitchen Farm and Marketing & Sales Director for Burke Urban Group, delivering Newenham Estate in Mount Barker. Olivia’s passion is creating resilient, thriving communities and showing how new development can be done differently. At Kitchen Farm, Olivia connects people to each other, to education, and to the land, working toward her dream of making Newenham one of Australia’s most resilient and ‘well’ communities.

Caity is the Marketing & Brand Executive at Kitchen Farm, where she has been shaping the brand since its beginnings in 2021. With a passion for values-based marketing, placemaking, and customer experience, Caity creates meaningful connections between people and the story of Kitchen Farm. Having worked across all facets of the business - from events and content to hospitality operations, Caity is inspired by the regen movement and excited to grow Kitchen Farm in ways that connect with both hearts and minds.
